This initiatives page is one that exhibits various actions that have taken place within my career as it pertains to being willing to help where needed whether that be via hiring events that I volunteered to assist with, or other efforts.

Allegis Global Solutions and NPower Talent Tour

​Responsibilities
As a volunteer, I helped lead or co-lead a 15–20 minute resume building workshop during the breakout sessions.
Over the course of an hour, I facilitated multiple rounds of the same workshop topic with different small groups of NPower trainees (consisted of 4 rotations).
Each group rotated through resume building, interview skills, personal branding/social media presence and networking tips.
Time Commitment

The facilitation of the breakout sessions took place during the hours of 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM (EST). There was also a panel discussion and networking lunch that took place where additional career pathway information happened.
