Essentials for the Workforce

The goal of this guide is to serve as a go to resource so that various workforce development concepts can be easily referred to for career growth and overall knowledge obtainment. The intended audience include job seekers, recruiters, workforce professionals, recent graduates, early career professionals, anyone looking to advance their career in any industry, and those that assist job seekers.  Much of the information presented, the creator of this guide has had a hand in producing. The information listed in this guide is for educational purposes, please utilize the workforce development related concepts located within this guide as a way to pursue growth within career or life, overall knowledge obtainment, or to assist someone who may need the resource.

American Health Holding (AHH) at CVS is a national medical management company that is part of CVS Health’s portfolio of healthcare businesses. AHH specializes in services such as Case Management, Disease Management, and Utilization Management, supporting millions of members across the healthcare continuum. I am supporting this vertical at this time from the date ranges listed above in regards to my role at Allegis Global Solutions partnered with CVS. CVS is one of our clients and I am supporting AHH within this project initiative assisting them with their hiring efforts.

Aetna is part of CVS Health Corporation. CVS Health owns Aetna, and together they serve more than 39 million individuals through a broad range of health plan offerings, including medical, pharmacy, home health, and primary care resources. I am supporting this vertical at this time from the date ranges listed above in regards to my role at Allegis Global Solutions partnered with CVS. CVS is one of our clients and I am supporting Aetna within this project initiative assisting them with their hiring efforts.

MOU Partner Guide

The MOU Partner Guide that is attached below exhibits the project that I was tasked with completing as it refers to some of the Michigan Works! Association partnering organizations. This resource guide outlines the partnering organizations programs and information that assists their clients with getting access to vital services.

January 2024- March 2024

Google Fiber (Vendor) Auditing

Assisted approximately 600 plus people within the date ranges listed with Fiber Vendor Program auditing process for contingent workforce. This involved IDV (identification process), security photo verification, and overall compliance related aspects to ensure that Google team security and compliances are in satisfactory or "remediated" status.

Google Fiber

Working as one of the primary points of contact to support the Fiber Field Sales teams. They are part of the Sales and Business Operations (SBO) group and are responsible for the sales of Google Fiber to consumers and businesses. Field Sales contingent workforce will typically work in the field (at events or are out selling) or in the Fiber space.

I was the main point of contact for Google's Creative Lab  representatives to assist them with the requisition process from beginning to end. This involved many nuances and an immense customer centric approach.

Completed my masters project through my job at Centria Autism Services. The project entailed figuring out retention methods, but more specifically, why prospective Behavior Technicians absentee within the process. Surveys, pivot tables, stake holder engagement and other databases and methods were utilized.
